Trained from a young age, she inherited the business in 2000 and, today, works alongside her son Darian Crisp and nephew Keith Crisp to carry the legacy forward. Her parents, Roxanna and Floyd Crisp, emphasized quality and treating associates like family. Her uncles, including Marshall, who focused on associates, and Loyce and Lawrence, who shared her father's passion for quality, contributed to the company's success. Their dedication resulted in top-grade meat, homemade ice cream, and secret recipe items.
